I have submitted my application, what is next?

You have already met the basic requirements stated on ‣ so now it's time to dive into what happens after you submit your application.

Your application will be reviewed by the Staff Manager within a few days of your submission. We usually conduct a background and activity check to ensure that your interactions fit the behaviour criteria expected of our staff members, and of course confirm that you are an active community member.

Unsuccessful Applicants

In most cases, we do not contact unsuccessful applicants, so if you have not heard from us by that time, then you may assume your application was not accepted. Keep an eye on our main page for updates on the status of our application process in order to stay informed about the progress of your application.

Successful Applicants

If your application is successful, you will receive a message from the Staff Manager notifying you that you have been accepted into the next phase of the application process. Moving to the next phase of the application process does not guarantee that you will get the rank right away.

• During this phase, you will be required to schedule a voice interview. This is a required step to get to know you better, and to ensure that you are the right fit for the team.
